Refund policy

All sales are final. Every piece at Vintage Underground is a one-of-one vintage item, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing or fit.

Please review every photo, measurement and condition note before purchasing. Vintage pieces show signs of age, and we disclose any flaws we find as honestly as we can. Have a question about a piece? Message us before you buy and we will gladly send more photos or measurements.

If something goes wrong: if your order arrives damaged or is not the item described in the listing, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. Please keep all original packaging.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped.
