Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship to international addresses or freight forwarders at this time.

Rates: Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $8, and free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee shown before you pay.

Processing: orders ship from Chicago, IL within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or stolen packages: once tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
