Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Vintage Underground ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products. Our items are vintage and pre-owned, and most are one of a kind. We describe each piece, including its condition and any flaws, and photograph it as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen, and vintage items may show normal signs of age. Maker attributions are based on hallmarks, signatures and our own research.

Availability and pricing. Because each piece is one of one, an item is only reserved once your order is completed. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before purchase. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price or sells out at the same moment, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and applicable sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and returns. We currently ship within the United States only. All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy.

Content. All photos, text and graphics on this site belong to Vintage Underground and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time, and the version posted here when you place your order applies.
