Vintage Ken Martinez Sterling Silver Turquoise Bolo Tie

A big, sculptural sterling silver bolo by Ken Martinez, built around a three-dimensional steer skull with sweeping horns. Three natural turquoise nuggets with dark matrix sit in scalloped bezels across the top, framed by gold-tone feather and leaf overlays, silver swirls, raindrop beads and a stamped concho flower inside a rope-carved border. It hangs on a braided black leather cord with long sterling cone tips finished in ball ends. Signed "K.Mtz" and stamped STERLING on the back. The slide measures 2 7/8" x 2 1/8" and the cord is 20" laid flat.
