Vintage Sterling Silver Open Curb Chain Necklace

A long, open curb chain in sterling silver, made in Italy. The elongated links are flattened and diamond-cut on the faces, so they catch light even under the dark tarnish they've built up over the years. That aged, gunmetal-gray patina is what gives it character, and it can be polished bright if you prefer. At 24 inches it hangs below the collarbone, light enough at 12 grams to wear every day or layer with shorter chains. Lobster clasp, with tags stamped 925 and ITALY.
